"We received our Gardenvity hot tub 15 days ago.
It was a purchase made after a long period of reflection and comparisons. During that time, the customer service team was very available and answered all our questions.
When placing the order, once again, the sales team was helpful, available, and gave good advice.
We waited about 8 weeks for delivery — the time needed for manufacturing — and upon arrival, the product appeared to be of good quality.
Despite some scheduling complexities, the delivery planning team was patient and very responsive.
The delivery driver, who came from Lithuania and was working alone due to a non-stop delivery route, was very friendly.
He agreed to manoeuvre through a rather narrow driveway (4 m) to place the hot tub directly on our terrace. The unloading was very impressive!
I can’t say exactly how long the installation took — my husband handled the electrical connections after delivery. It took some time since he could only work on it in the evenings after work, but it wasn’t difficult to do.
We managed to run a test the day before our holidays. We noticed a small issue with one jet button, and the after-sales service was very responsive. The replacement button is already on its way by post.
After returning from holiday this weekend, we were finally able to enjoy our first bath — a truly relaxing moment for the whole family. The smell of the fire burning in the stove during the bath is a real pleasure.
Making such an investment abroad can be intimidating, but we have no regrets..."

"Still great two years on!
We gave a review of our 4-6 pers hot tub when we first got the tub (it was all great - as described/very responsive customer support/helpful speedy delivery/worked well etc) but obviously could not comment on how it worked over the long term. We are now looking to upgrade the cover (I made my own as we were tight on our budget) and reached out to Gardenvity to get a proper one. Customer service are still great and very quick to respond and helpful. The hot tub itself has been perfect for us and we enjoy sitting out in the garden, especially now that it is dark early and getting colder. It all works just as well as when it was first delivered and the woodburner heats it up at a reliable 10C/hr even at this time of year. We have our own logs so heating is free and carbon neutral. Sat out last night to watch the village firework display (half a mile from our garden across the field) and enjoy the super moon."

"We have our 4/6 person wood fired hot tub. From the moment we began making enquiries, as this is our first hot tub, we received quick thorough responses.
Delivery was quick and exactly to the time stated. The delivery person was brilliant as we had a few hurdles to navigate around.

The tub is great quality and once the heat is achieved it maintains it really well.
We had a couple of small initial hiccups that were dealt with promptly. Jonas has been amazing. Great communication and excellent customer service. Thank you. Would highly recommend."

"I ordered a hot tub from Gardenvity and I’m absolutely thrilled! The quality is excellent, the price is very fair — great value for money. The service was also fantastic: quick response times to my inquiries and smooth, professional communication.

The delivery went perfectly. I especially appreciated the very friendly, English-speaking driver who delivered the hot tub safely and reliably. Assembly was easy and completed in about 2 hours.

Heating the water worked exactly as described — which is really important for a hot tub.

The overall package is convincing in every way, and I can fully recommend Gardenvity without hesitation. One small downside: the delivery time was a bit longer than originally stated (9.5 weeks), but considering the great product and smooth process, this was absolutely acceptable.

A clear recommendation to buy!"

"We bought our hot-tub from Gardenvity back in May and it was delivered in July - we wanted to spend some time using it before posting our review to give an honest and more valued review to those of you who are considering buying from this company.

In short, go ahead and make your purchase! The wood fired hot-tub itself is fantastic. We are really enjoying using it and it heats up so quickly - we can go from 7 degrees to 40 degrees in under 2.5 hours. The stove stays lit no matter what the weather - something we struggle to achieve with our indoors wood-burning stove!

As for the service from Gardenvity, it was equally good. Not everything went as smoothly with the delivery as either of us would have hoped, but Gardenvity sorted it and took care of us to ensure that our experience was really good.

If you're in the market for a wood-fired hot-tub, then our advice is to look no further - place your order with Gardenvity and then sit back, relax and look forward to your wonderful hot-tub arriving.
We plan to light it on Christmas Eve, and the Prosecco is already on chill!."

Great experience, great wood fired hot tub!

"We’re delighted with our log fired 2 person hot tub! From the moment I ordered the hot tub, the customer service was excellent. Lina, in particular, who I communicated with several times, was very responsive and helpful and generally lovely to deal with.

The delivery and installation was very smooth, and we are now using the hot tub regularly. It’s quicker than we expected to heat up, the jets/hydro massage are much better than our old hot tub and we’re really pleased with the overall look. After our experience, we can highly recommend Gardenvity."

"I’ve had my wood fired hot tub from Gardenvity for about 2 months now and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.

But let me start from the beginning. Last year we removed our large swimming pool from the garden because of the high maintenance and low usage. So I started looking for a better alternative. After a short search, we decided on a hot tub from Gardenvity.

At first, I was honestly a little skeptical because, compared to other manufacturers, Gardenvity offers very well-equipped hot tub sets at a great price. However, those doubts quickly disappeared after reading the reviews and experiencing the efficient, friendly, and quick communication with their customer service team.

The ordering process was simple and straightforward — just the way it should be — and the communication right up to delivery was perfect (delivery time was exactly as promised).

The delivery itself (without assembly) was on time as agreed. The driver was friendly and helpful.

Once the wood fired hot tub was in place, the complete assembly only took about 2 hours, thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions.

All in all, I’m 100(00)% satisfied with my Gardenvity hot tub and can highly recommend Gardenvity and their products to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-built, and comparatively affordable wood-fired hot tub.
